CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATION SERVICE AT PLAYA DE TAPIA TOURIST APARTMENTS

The purpose of this document is to regulate, as thoroughly as possible, the General Terms and Conditions of the online reservation services for the PLAYA DE TAPIA Tourist Apartments, owned by the hospitality services company DESARROLLOS EL TROBO SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, with C.I.F. B 74241126, registered in the Commercial Registry of Asturias under Volume 3752, Sheet AS-38942, Folio 32, Registration 1st, and with its registered office located at Perigote 11, Tapia de Casariego, Asturias, CP 33740.

RESERVATION SERVICES

The purpose of these online reservation services is to reserve an apartment at PLAYA DE TAPIA TOURIST APARTMENTS.
USING OUR RESERVATION SERVICE IMPLIES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL THE GENERAL CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THIS DOCUMENT, WHICH WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY INCORPORATED INTO THE CONTRACT YOU ENTER INTO WITH PLAYA DE TAPIA TOURIST APARTMENTS, WITHOUT THE NEED TO MAKE A WRITTEN TRANSCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT.

Reservation Procedure

By using this reservation service, the user will receive a confirmation email for the apartment reservation. This email serves as a reservation proof.

Reservation Service

Using the online reservation services through the website www.playadetapia.com is completely free. No management fees or additional charges will be applied. In the case of cancellation by the client, the cancellation conditions explained later will apply.

To formalize a reservation through our website, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation cost is required as a deposit. In this case, the client agrees that cancellation conditions will apply to the amount paid as a deposit.

General Conditions

If a deposit has been paid, the client will be refunded the amount received as a deposit, retaining a specified amount as compensation based on the cancellation date. Furthermore, if credit card details were provided as a guarantee, the client agrees to the following charges based on the cancellation date:

  1. No charge will apply if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
  2. If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before check-in, 20% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

Special Conditions for July-August

In the summer months, the following special conditions apply:

  1. No charge will apply if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
  2. If the reservation is canceled between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 5% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
  3. If the reservation is canceled between 15 and 7 days before check-in, 10% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
  4. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before check-in, 20% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

Reservations made within 10 days of the check-in date are exempt from these special conditions and will be subject to the general conditions instead.

Prices per Apartment per Night

The valid prices per apartment per night are those specified on the Playa de Tapia Tourist Apartments website (www.playadetapia.com).
Playa de Tapia Tourist Apartments reserves the right to modify these rates when it deems appropriate and without prior notice.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in time: 16:00 hours. Check-out time: 11:00 hours.

Apartment Payment

Regardless of whether the client has paid a deposit or reservation amount, the payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the apartments. From that moment, the apartment will be blocked for the client for the duration of their stay. No full or partial refunds will be made, even if the client decides to leave the apartment before the expected date.

Apartment Service Usage

  1. The client agrees to use the apartment services in accordance with the law, morals, good customs, and public order.
  2. Access is not authorized to persons not registered without the express consent of the management.
  3. No pets are allowed.
  4. The services and equipment included in the apartments are described in the "Apartments" and "Rates" sections on www.playadetapia.com.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These general conditions of contract are governed by Spanish law and Decree No. 60/1986, of April 30, on the Regulation of Tourist Apartments in the Principality of Asturias.
